How To Root And Install Twrp Recovery On Infinix Note 2 X600

Am sure after finally getting the Infinix Note 2, the next thing that comes to many people�s mind is how to root the device. But unfortunately, just like most other lollipop devices, you cant easily root it with popular app like kingroot.

But thanks to the HovaTek team for porting a Twrp custom recovery for this device and making the rooting procedure easier. so i will just put you guys through on how to root this device.

Prerequisite:

==> A PC.

==> Vcom driver. you can learn how  to install it here.

==> Sp FlashTool. You can download it HERE.

==> Infinix Note 2 x600 Twrp recovery. Download it  HERE.
==>UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip. Download HERE.

With all that in place, then lets go ahead with the procedure.

How To Root Infinix Note 2 x600:

==> Download Supersu.zip and copy it to your sdcard.

==> Download and extract the twrp recovery to your PC, preferably to your desktop.

==> Download and also extract the spflash tool to your PC.

==>Open your SPFlash tool and click on Scatter loading

==>Locate the extracted recovery folder on your pc and load the scatter file.

==> Click on download.

==> Turn off your phone and connect  it to your pc

==>just wait till the process is completed.

==>After that, Unplug your phone and boot into recovery by pressing Volume UP+ Power.

==>Click Install Zip from SD CARD.

==>select the  UPDATE-SuperSU-V2.46.zip you copied to your sd card earlier.

==>Once the installation is completed, go ahead and reboot your phone by selecting �reboot system now.

You have just successfully rooted your phone!
