YouTube VR App For Android Now Available On Google Play Store
Virtual Reality (VR) is definitely the next big thing in the technology world. A lot of giant tech companies most especially mobile phone manufacturer are really investing a lot into this and Google on the other hand is definitely not left out.
Google has just released a YouTube VR application on the Google play store. The new application will allow users to watch and browse through videos on YouTube, from 3D 360 videos to standard rectangular videos.
The YouTube VR comes with a specially designed “theater mode”, which can be used to watch any standard video on a virtual big screen. Although, for now the YouTube VR is only available on Daydream View, but Google plans on extending it to other devices pretty soon.
If you own either the Google pixel or pixel XL and a Daydream View headset, then you can go ahead and try out the new YouTube VR app for Android which is currently available on Google Play Store.
