Android One Powered Xiaomi Mi A1 Now Going on Sale in the European Market
Xiaomi recently announced its Xiaomi Mi A1 mid-range smartphone which actually shares the same specifications and design as the Mi 5x but the only difference being that the Mi A1 runs on stock Android one program while the Mi 5x runs on Xiaomi's heavily modded MIUI interface.
The Android one powered Mi A1 is one of the few Xiaomi mid-range smartphones that will be sold internationally as the device is expected to be available in many countries in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa, as well as Americas.
Starting this week, the affordable mid-range smartphone is available for purchase in several European countries like the Netherlands, Greece, and Poland.
According to reports, the Mi A1 is expected to go on sale in Bulgaria, Hungary, Russia, and Spain by next week for a starting price of €230 and later go up to €280. But the Indians might be in for a treat as the device is announced for just €200 in that region.
Just a little recap on the specs. The xiaomi Mi A1 feature a 5.5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1080p and Corning gorilla glass protection. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 CPU, 4GB RAM, and 64GB internal memory.
The full metal body device features a dual rear camera setup with 12mp +12mp. It also has a rear mounted finger print scanner and packs a 3080mah battery.
