Xiaomi Smartphone might be Available in the United States soon as the Company is said to be in talks with carriers.

Xiaomi has lately been gaining more grounds with its smartphones in the international market, most especially in India. But there is one huge market where Xiaomi phones isn't officially available yet and that's the United States. Although there have been many reports in the past about Xiaomi planning to launch its smartphones in US, it still isn't happening yet.

Latest report has it that Xiaomi's executive Wang Xian said that his company plans to introduce high-end smartphones in the United States within two years. The company is said to be currently going through specifications with different US carriers and this might take sometime. 

But while all this is going on, Xiaomi plans to open retail stores across the United States to sell fitness trackers, thermostats, and vacuum cleaner, which will help build its brand ahead of the smartphone launch which might happen in two years time. 

The big question is if Xiaomi will be able to compete for market shares with the big guys which are majorly Samsung and Apple, but I guess we can never tell until it's officially. Launched.
