LG to Roll out Android 8 Oreo Update to LG G6 Users by February

LG has already started rolling out the latest android 8 Oreo update to some of its smartphones such as the LG V30 but some of LG's flagship devices like the LG G6 is still yet to receive the update.

Now, LG has already started the Android 8 Oreo Beta program but its currently available for users in China only. Latest report also has it that LG G6 users in the Asian region might also be the first to receive the final Oreo version.

According to LG customer service, the Oreo update is expected to start rolling out to G6 users by February which is next month. The customer service also mentioned the H870S model, which is specifically built for the Middle East region. At the moment, we still don't know when other regions will get the update but we expect it to be late February or early March of this year.
