All you Need to Know About the New TSTV Sassy Decoder
TSTV came into spotlight towards the last quarter of 2017 when it announced that it was launching its own satellite TV with some mouthwatering offers and features all at an unbelievable rate. Now, after months of waiting and numerous failed dates, the company is yet to commence sales of its decoders.
Just about 3 days ago, TSTV announced another new Decoder which it calls the "Sassy Decoder". Aside the fact that many Nigerians are not sure if the company is serious this time, one other question a lot of people have been asking is if this new decoder will also come with all the offers TSTV initially promised us last year.
In this post, I have made a compilation of all the things you need to know about the new TSTV Sassy decoder.
All you Need to Know About the TSTV Sassy Decoder

- >> The price doesn't include installation cost which we don't know the amount yet.
- >> The Sassy Decoder contain over 70 channels.
- >> The Sassy Decoder comes with "Pause Subscribtion" feature which you can only use for a total of 7 days. Which means your 30days subscription can last for a maximum of 37days.
- >> The "pause subscription" feature is only available on monthly subscriptions (30 days).
- >> Your Sassy decoder subscription can be paid using any available quickteller platform.
- >> The TSTV Sassy decoder subscription goes for as low as N200 for a day, N500 for 3 days, N750 for a week (7days) and many more.
- >> PVR function is available on the Sassy decoder which means you can record an ongoing video and watch it later.
- >> The TSTV Sassy decoder is not internet enabled which means the free 20GB data TSTV promised us is not applicable here.
- >> This new Sassy decoder might not contain EPL stations and even the GrandSport 4 (for watching LaLiga and other sports) that was initially mentioned on TSTV's website is no there anymore.
- >> TSTV has two sets of Decoders, the one going on sale next month is the Sassy decoder which is not internet enabled and supports over 70 channels while the other one is the Dexterity, and this is the one with the free 20GB data and over 20 channels but the launch date for that hasn't been announced yet.
That's it guys. So for those of you who are excited about the free data, am sorry to disappoint you as that won't be included in the Sassy decoder. For the football fans also, we are not sure if your favourite EPL, laliga and champions league matches will be showed on this decoder as TSTV has managed to omit this in their official announcement.
