HTC U12 to Feature 256GB Internal Storage - Check Leaked specifications and Features
HTC is currently going through its worst time as the company has continued to suffer a steady decline in revenue and market sales. Last year, the company released its flagship device which was the U11, and although it was an overall great phone, the device didn't make as much popularity as expected.
It's 2018 and HTC just like every other smartphone manufacturers is already gearing up to launch its next flagship which will reportedly be called the HTC U12. Although no official specs yet, LlabTooFeR, a ROM developer with a good track record for leaking HTC-related information, has just tweeted out a long list of the U12's alleged specifications.
Going by the leaked specs, the upcoming HTC U12 is expected to feature a 5.9 inch QHD+ display with most likely an 18:9 screen ratio. It will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with a 6GB RAM and a very massive 256GB internal storage. The device is also expected to run on HTC's sense 10 UI which is based on Android 8 Oreo.
In the camera aspect, the device will come with dual rear camera setup of 12MP sensor and 16MP Sony IMX3xx unit, as well as a single 8MP front-facing camera. The battery comes in at 3,420mAh, and IP68 water resistance is present. The device is also expected to be available in single and dual SIM version.
Going by rumour reports, the device is expected to be launched by April of this year 2018 which is next month.
