Motorola Announces 8 of its Smartphones that will Receive Android 9 Pie Update

The Android 9 Pie is here and while only the Pixel phones and Essential phone has received the update, a lot of smartphone manufacturers like HMD global, Xiaomi, Vivo, OnePlus and a few others have already commenced the beta program.

Just like HTC and Sony, Motorola has just officially announced its list of smartphones that will receive the Android 9 Pie update. Motorola recently published a post which consists of Eight of its smartphones that will receive the update.

Below is the list of the eight Motorola smartphones expected to receive the Android 9 Pie update by this fall.

>> Moto Z3 Play

>> Moto Z2 Force Edition

>> Moto Z2 Play

>> Moto X4

>> Moto G6 Plus

>> Moto G6

>> Moto G6 Play.

According to Motorola, the upcoming update will be packed with a couple of new features which includes the new Intuitive Navigation and Recent App, an improved Do Not Disturb mode, a colorful settings menu, longer battery life, revamped split-screen and more.
