Confirmed: Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 to Support 5G connectivity and ship with 10GB RAM
Xiaomi has been teasing the upcoming Mi Mix 3 for sometime now. This week, the company has officially confirmed the phone's design, announcement date as well as some of the things to expect from the phone in terms of features.
The company took to its Facebook page to announce that the upcoming Mi Mix 3 will support next generations 5G connectivity. This will make it one of the first smartphones to come with this feature.
Another first for the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is the 10GB RAM version. So aside the regular 6GB and 8GB RAM version, there will be a special version with a much larger memory. According to Xiaomi, this will be the first smartphone to ship with 10GB of RAM. The availability of this variant will however vary by market so it won't be available for everyone.
The Mi Mix 3 will be officially announced on October 25 in Beijing and it will be available in Black, Green Emerald, and Sapphire Blue colour options. The phone will first be launched in China for the first few weeks before sales will be expanded to other international markets.
