Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ Starts receiving Stable Android 9 Pie Update
Samsung kicked off the beta program for the Android 9 Pie on some of its latest flagship phones a couple of weeks ago and promised to rollout the stable update in January of next year. But it seems the stable version is already rolling out earlier than expected.
Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ Plus users have already started receiving the stable Android 9 Pie update. The update is already being pushed out to some European countries like Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and the Netherlands. As well as middle Eastern countries like UAE and Turkey. The update is expected to rollout to other regions before the end of the year.
The update comes with the new One UI as well as the Autofill API and Digital Wellbeing by Android. To download and install the update, just click on the update notification or go to your phone settings and click on software update. Incase the software is not yet available in your region and you want to side load it, then you can download the firmware from this link.
