Xiaomi Poco F1 starts receiving stable Android 9 Pie update

Last month, Xiaomi kicked off the Android 9 Pie beta program for the Poco F1. Now after weeks of testing, the stable version of the Android 9 Pie has started rolling out for PocoFone F1 users.

The Android Pie update for the Poco F1 comes with MIUI version 10.1.3.0 (PEJMIFI) and it's 1.7GB in size. The update features a new User interface, Google Lens support for the Camera app, as well as bug fixes. The new Android Pie update however comes with a couple of new bugs like games not playing in full screen and no option to hide the notch.

Xiaomi has already started rolling out via OTA for users in India and a few other regions. The update is expected to get to all users in a couple of weeks but incase you don't want to wait, then you can manually download the OTA by clicking on this link.
