The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 to Support 50W Super fast charge with 4500mAh battery
Smartphone batteries have been getting a lot larger lately, so all manufacturers are equally working on a faster charging speed. Samsung on the hand have not been pushing hard on charging speed especially since the Note 7 fiasco.
While some phone manufacturers were going for charging speed as high as 30W Samsung decided to settle for just 15W on the S10 series. The company however decided to take it a step further by adding a 25W fast charge support on the S10 5G as well as the Galaxy A70.
Latest report however has it that Samsung might be going for double of its current highest fast charge speed on the upcoming Note 10. According to prolific leaker Ice Universe, the upcoming Galaxy Note 10 might support up to 50w fast charge which will really be a breakthrough from Samsung's current charging speed. It will also be a plus for the Note 10 which is rumoured to pack up to 4,500mAh battery.
Samsung wouldn't be the first to achieve this fit though. The Oppo's SuperVOOC charge can hit up to 50W and Xiaomi also recently tested a 100W charge speed on a 4000 mAh battery with 0 to 100% in just 17 minutes and it's expected to include it in one of its upcoming devices.
