Download AOSP Extended Pie (AEX) V6.6 ROM for Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 (Lavender) [08-07-2019]

AOSP Extended (AEX) custom ROM is an AOSP based ROM which gives users stock UI/UX experience with useful customizations. It also provides a smooth experience with added customizations from various other open source projects.

This is the latest build of the AOSP Extended ROM for Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 (codename: Lavender).  It is based on Android 9.0 Pie. There are two different types of AEX ROM. 

The Non-Gapps Variant: This does not come with Google Apps like Youtube, Map, Assistant etc pre-installed

The Gapps Variant: This has Google Apps (GApps) like Gmail, Youtube, Maps, Playstore etc pre-installed

How to install:

• Download the AEX ROM from the link provided below
• Reboot to recovery
• Backup all partition with TWRP Recovery
• Wipe system, data, cache, and dalvik cache
• Flash the AEX ROM
• Flash GAPPS package (if you downloaded the Non-Gapps variant)
• Then Reboot to system
