OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T starts receiving Oxygen OS 9.0.7 update with screen recorder, Fnatic mode and more
OnePlus has started rolling out a new firmware update to it's 2016 flagship devices which are the OnePlus 5 and the OnePlus 5T. The update which is the Oxygen OS 9.0.7 comes with a couple of newly added features as well as big fixes.
The update includes the June security patch, it also comes with some of the OnePlus 7/ OnePlus 7 Pro features, one of which is the screen recorder. The screen recorder can be activated by heading over to the phone Settings >> Edit >> Screen recorder. You also now get a quick reply option from landscape mode which can be accessed by going to the Settings >> Utilities >> Quick reply in landscape mode.
For the gamers, OnePlus has just added a new Fnatic mode which can be activated by going to the Settings >> Utilities >> Gaming Mode. There are also a couple of bug fixes like the speed dial issue experienced by some users and a few other fixes.
The OTA (Over The Air) update has already started rolling out but it's being done in batches, so it might take some time before everyone receives the update.
