Six more Huawei Smartphones confirmed to receive EMUI 9.1 this month

Huawei has already rolled out it's latest EMUI update which is the EMUI 9.1 to some of its devices. Now the south African branch of Huawei has just announced that 5 more Huawei smartphones will be getting the EMUI 9.1 later this month.

The list of Huawei smartphones that are expected to be updated to the latest firmware this month includes the P20, P20 Pro, Mate 10 Pro, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 10 Porsche Design and Mate RS Porsche Design. Eight more devices have also been confirmed to get the update in August and this are the P30 lite, Mate 20 lite, Mate 9, P10, P10 Plus, P smart 2019, Y5 2019 and Y6 2019.

The EMUI 9.1 is still based on the Android 9.0 Pie but it comes with some new useful features such as the new redesigned icons and gesture controls. It comes with a new EROFS file system, GPU Turbo 3.0 and a couple of camera improvements which includes the Moon mode found in the P30 line of smartphones.
