Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro Premium launched with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage - Full Specs and Price

The Redmi K20 is the first flagship smartphone from Xiaomi's sub brand Redmi. The phone is known as the company's flagship killer as it packs flagship specifications with premium design, all for a very affordable price.

Even though the Redmi K20 Pro is just a few months old, Redmi has just released an upgraded version of the phone which it calls the Redmi K20 Pro premium. This comes with a more powerful chipset, bigger RAM and storage, as well as a slightly different design.   

The Redmi K20 Pro premium is powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 855+ chipset which has 15% more powerful GPU compared to the Snapdragon 855. The phone also comes with a 12GB RAM and a massive 512GB internal storage.

The phone still comes with the same 6.39-inch super Amoled display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 403 ppi. It also runs on MIUI 10 which is based on Android 9 Pie.

Just like on the Redmi K20 Pro, the new premium version sports a triple rear camera setup which consists of a 48MP primary shooter, 8MP telephoto lens and 13 MP ultrawide. In the front is a single 20MP motorized pop-up camera. The battery is still 4000mAh with support for 27W fast charging.

As far as pricing goes, the base model of the Redmi K20 Pro with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage starts at CNY 2,699 ($380), the 8GB RAM and 512GB storage model goes for CNY 2,999 ($422) while the top 12GB RAM and 512 GB storage version is being sold for CNY 3,199 ($450). The phone is already available for purchase.
