Nokia 7.1 starts receiving stable Google Android 10 update

After rolling out the stable Google Android 10 update for the Nokia 8.1 and the Nokia 9 pure view, the Nokia 7.1 is now the third smartphone from HMD's Nokia brand to receive the new Android 10 update.

The Nokia 7.1 was launched in 2018 with the Android 8 Oreo out of the box which was later updated to the Android 9.0  pie and now it's receiving it's second major update which is the newest Google Android 10.

This might however be the last major update for the 2018 mid range smartphone as HMD doesn't really have any plan to push out more updates to the Nokia 7.1 after receiving it's second major update.

The update which is the V4.08B weighs in at almost 1.3GB in size. It is packed with a couple of new features like the new system wide dark mode, new gesture navigation, smart reply and better privacy and location controls. It also comes with the latest November Android security patch.
