Samsung Galaxy S20+ Full specifications and price in Nigeria, india, Europe

The new Samsung Galaxy S20+ shares a very similar design and spec sheet with the regular Galaxy S20 except for few differences, with one of them being the much larger form factor.

One of the main highlights of the new Samsung Galaxy S20 lineup is the higher refresh rate which is capped at 120Hz as compared to the traditional 60Hz which is found on most smartphones, this is coupled with a 240Hz touch sampling rate. This gives the phone a more fluid and smooth user experience.

The display on the Galaxy S20+ is a 6.7-inches AMOLED 2X capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 525 ppi.

The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset for the US market and Exynos 990 for other regions, this is coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device runs on OneUI 2.0 which is the latest iteration of the Samsung's custom Android skin based on the latest Android 10.

The camera on the Galaxy S20+ has also gotten a major hardware upgrade. The quad camera setup on the S20+ comprises of a new 12MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and features optical image stabilization (OIS). It also has a 3x hybrid zoom 64MP lens with optical image stabilization (OIS), f/2.0 aperture and up to 30x “Super Resolution Zoom”. The 64MB lens is also responsible for the 8K video recording.

The phone also has a 12MP 120° ultrawide angle lens and a DepthVision camera for portrait shots and depth-based effects.

The battery on the S20+ is a larger 4,500mAh capacity which is backed by a 25W wired fast charging with the brick included in the box and also support for 15W wireless charging and 9W reverse wireless charging.

Pre-order is currently on as the base model of the Samsung Galaxy S20+ with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, 5G connectivity is going for €1,100/$1,199. The phone will be available in Cloud Blue, Cosmic Gray and Cosmic Black colour options.
