Xiaomi Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition, Full Specifications and price in Nigeria, India, Europe

Xiaomi has just added one new smartphone to its Redmi K30 series and it is called the Redmi K30 5G racing edition. This new device is very similar to the Redmi K30 5G in terms of design and specifications except for the new color variant and processor.

The Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition features Qualcomm's recently announced Snapdragon 768 chipset making it the first smartphone to use this new SOC. The new Snapdragon 768 chipset is more like an over-clocked version of the 765 chipset with an integrated 5G modem. The phone is coupled with a 6GB RAM and a 128GB  non-expandable internal storage.

The phone sports a 6.67 inches Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolutionn of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a pixel density of 395 PPI and a screen ratio of 20:9. It runs on Xiaomi's MIUI 11 skin which is based on the Google Android 10.

In the front is a dual facing camera which consist of a primary 20MP lens with f/2.2 and a 2MP depth sensor  both housed in an Oval shaped camera cutout. In the back is a Quad camera setup with a main 64MP lens, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with 116 degree angle view, a 5MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor.

The phone comes with a 4,500mAh battery with support for up to 30W fast charging which Xiaomi claims will get the phone from zero to 100% in under 1 hour. The phone will be available in just one memory configuration of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It will go on sale on May 14 at a starting price of CNY 2,000 ($282 / N110,000 / Rs. 21,000). It will be available in Mint, Blue, Red, Purple and white color options.
