List of smartphones eligible for Android 11 Beta program
Google recently launched the latest build of its Android Operating System which is the Android 11. As is the tradition, a couple of new features and changes are being introduced to the new Android version. This includes a more organized notification bar which split your notifications into three sections which are conversations, alerts and silent. You also get other features like better media control, new device control hub and many more.
As usual, the Google Pixel smartphones are the first set of devices to get the update. Google is however dropping the Pixel 1 smartphone which means only the Pixel 2 from 2017 and newer models of the Pixel smartphone lineup will get the update. There are also some other Android smartphone brands that have listed their devices that will participate in the beta program.
The OnePlus started pushing out the Android 11 Beta for the OnePlus 8 and the OnePlus 8 Pro just a day after Google released the update for the Pixel phones. Xiaomi has also joined in by releasing the update for the Mi 10 and the Mi 10 Pro. The Poco F2 Pro is also expected to receive the update pretty soon. Brands like RealMe, Vivio and Oppo are also participating in the Beta program.
Below is the full list of Android devices that will be receiving the first Beta version of the Google Android 11.
