WhatsApp Voice Messages has just gotten easier with the latest update
Aside text, emojis and stickers, one other way of communicating on WhatsApp is through Voice Messages. WhatsApp gives you the convenience to send voice notes to your contacts instead of typing out chats. One problem however is that you can't listen to recorded chats until you have sent it out.
WhatsApp has however just released a new feature which will help solve this issue. WhatsApp has just announced via its official Twitter handle that users will now be able to preview and listen to voice messages before sending it out. So now you don't have to delete Voice notes multiple times after sending because you think you missed something, as you can now do that even before you send out.
They’re not mistakes, they’re rehearsals. Now you can preview your voice messages before you hit send. pic.twitter.com/ohnEVrGTvD

In order to preview your voice message before you send to the recipient, press and hold the microphone icon, then slide up to lock it into hands-free recording. When you are done recording, you can tap the stop button in the center and press play to preview it. If you are satisfied with the recording, you can hit the send button.
This is a server side update so it will roll out to all Android and iOS users with time. There however isn't any Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) yet for the update, but we expect it to be soon.
