OnePlus Nord 2T announced with 80W SuperVOOC charging, Full Specifications and Price

 OnePlus has just unveiled a successor to the OnePlus Nord 2 and it is called OnePlus Nord 2T. The device comes with a more powerful processor, better selfie camera and a faster charging speed than its predecessor.

The OnePlus Nord 2T is powered by Mediatek's latest Dimensity 1300 chipset, making it the first device to ever use this new chipset. The new System On Chip (SOC) is built on TSMC’s 6nm process with one Arm-Cortex A78 core clocked at 3Ghz, three additional A78s running at 2.6GHz and four power-efficient A55s at 2GHz.It is also coupled with the Arm Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.

The phone comes with a 6.43-inch FHD AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio and pixel density of 409 ppi. It has a 90Hz refresh rate and the screen is protected Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The Nord 2T features a 32MP selfie camera which is housed in the punch hole screen cutout. It has a triple rear camera setup which consists of a 50MP Sony IMX 766 main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP monochrome sensor.  It runs on OxygenOS 12.1 which is based on Google Android 12.

The phone packs a 4,500 mAh battery capacity with an 80W SuperVOOC charging. It comes with front firing stereo speakers as well as optical under display fingerprint scanner.

The OnePlus Nord 2T is expected to go on sale on May 24 with a starting price of €399/£369 for the base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version and up to €499/£469 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version. It will be available in Jade Fog and Gray Shadow color option. Early orders will also get a free pair of OnePlus Buds Z2 wireless earphones.
